Klim Electric Standard Terms and Conditions
Klim Electric accepts orders from $500.00 with Tri-State Domestic; Minimum order for out of state or International Sales is $1500. Our customers have an opportunity to pay VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are net 30 days (with approved credit) or Prepay in Advance with Credit Card. Payments made with a credit card are not eligible for cash discount. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Venue and jurisdiction is established in Kings County, New York, in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Purchaser agrees that any credit balances issued will be applied with one year of issuance. If not applied or requested within one year, any balance will be subject to cancellation. Freight Policy: All orders are shipped freight collect. For the Tri-State Area on orders of 500$ or more there is a free freight. Out of state orders freight is prepaid. We use the most convenience and operative shipping service.
